I know the process can be overwhelming. I have been through buying and selling property myself so I understand the mix of excitement, stress and uncertainty. I have also seen firsthand how differently brokers, agents and conveyancers communicate and operate. My professional journey from mortgage broker to Head of Broker Support and later Product Manager for a major aggregator has given me a unique perspective on what great service really looks like.
