Loan Theory's Story
Hi, I’m Elliot.
I thought I would share a little about who I am and why I care so much about making your home loan experience the best it can be.
I have spent almost a decade in the finance industry, and throughout that time I have developed a genuine passion for helping people feel informed, confident and supported from start to finish. For me, it is not just about securing a loan. It is about helping you understand your options, make informed decisions and feel comfortable every step of the way.
I know the process can feel overwhelming because I have been through buying and selling property myself. I understand the mix of excitement, uncertainty and pressure that can come with major financial decisions.
My career has given me a unique perspective on what great service looks like. I started as a mortgage broker before moving into leadership and product roles, including Head of Broker Support and Product Manager for one of Australia’s major mortgage aggregators. Along the way, I have worked closely with brokers, lenders, agents and conveyancers, gaining a deep understanding of how the entire process works and where things can be improved for clients.
Today, I bring all of that experience back into mortgage broking. Whether you are buying your first home, refinancing, investing or simply exploring your options, my goal is to make the process clear, straightforward and well supported.
I believe a great home loan experience starts with education, continues with guidance and ends with a result that helps you move forward with confidence.
